The Easiest Rule to Follow

Hi Girls!  Week one of implementing new healthy habits, or getting rid of old bad ones, is coming to an end!  You did it!  If you've been keeping at it every day, you probably feel excited and refreshed, as well as tired, and emotionally drained. Well, keep working hard today and then tomorrow, rest.  Another part of Body for Life that Bill recommends is to take Sundays off.  That sounds so familiar?  Haven't I heard that somewhere?  I really think Bill is plagiarizing....oh yeah, that would be GOD who came up with the idea of resting for one day out of seven.  Great idea!  I think I'll do that!  Rest, recuperate, have a little ice cream cone, take a nap!  Sounds good!  See you all on Monday!
