This Is Not the Fourth Quarter!!!!
The last day of HomeMakers......what do I write about on the last day of HomeMakers? I thought about something really silly and fun, in an attempt to deny myself any feelings of sadness. I mean it is ridiculous to feel sad right? I will still see you all over the next few months. I will still be getting up 6 days a week and sharing my heart with you all on this blog. So really, it should feel like any other Tuesday morning. But it doesn't. I know that Mel and I have some things to share with you all this morning, but I feel like as usual, time will run out. So, I need to get a jump start on expressing myself. First of all, I love you all. I hope you all know that beyond a shadow of a doubt. More importantly, God loves each of you more than you can understand. I believe with all my heart, that you were brought to our group so that you would have a clearer understanding of how much God loves you! I have watched each of you struggle at times this year, and each of you continued to fight the good fight of your faith. You have all increased my faith in watching you stay true to yours! Do you all realize that as a group you all "Stayed in the Game?". We did not lose one player (except for Angela, but we love you, and we know it is only because you had to move away). For years, I didn't know many scriptures, but the one thing I clung to was "If I don't quit, I win". And those 6 words have been faithful. You have all blessed me beyond measure this year. If they made a dictionary of phrases, there would be a picture of you all by the phrase "Do Something Beautiful for God". See you soon-
Philippians 2:12 Dear friends, you always followed my instructions when I was with you. And now that I am away, it is even more important. Work hard to show the results of your salvation, obeying God with deep reverence and fear. For God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases him.
Love you-
Jen
