Frustrated?
Good Morning Girls! Yesterday we saw that taking matters into our own hands often leads to heartache and disappointment. Another "danger" of impatience is the effect it has on you both physically and emotionally. When you try to "make things happen" on your own, you will most likely exhaust yourself. You will have to pry open doors of opportunity that the Lord has already planned to open for you......if you just wait. You will have to search for the right answers, the ones the Spirit will bring to you.......if you just wait. You will have to toil over your work, things that the Lord has help lined up for you.......if you just wait. You see, sometimes we have to wait because the Lord is working on someone else who is part of our plan. The business owner who is going to offer you your dream job, the husband who is going to have a revelation of the importance of family time, the dream house you have been searching for. All of these things are going to happen......if you just wait. The fact that they haven't happened yet does not necessarily mean that you are not ready for them, or you don't deserve them. God believes you deserve them, and He wants your experience to be the best it can be, so He waits to put you into your new position until all of the other factors involved are in place. When you try to promote your plan without the Lords help, you will end up exhausted and frustrated. You will most likely not accomplish what you set out to do, and often make it even worse. The more frustration and disappointment you experience the more likely you are to encounter the worst danger of all........which we will cover tomorrow.
