The Commitment
Good Morning Girls! You've got the action, you've got the plan, so what comes next? The Commitment. Just because the Lord has given you clear direction does not mean that this is going to be easy. The Word doesn't promise easy, it promises victory! A host of angels is not going to wake you up each morning singing you motivational hymns and words of encouragement. God has given each of us a plan, but we need to commit to doing the work. There will still be days when life interrupts our plans. There will be sick days, there will be emergency days, there will be messed up, mixed up, hairy scary days, BUT THERE WILL NOT BE QUIT DAYS! If you commit your actions to the Lord as well as to yourself, I mean really commit them, you will succeed. I am talking commit as you have never committed before. I am talking blood, sweat, and tears commitment here. Sound like too much work? Let me ask you this: how is your current situation working out for you? Making a positive change is never as much work as living the wrong life is! Ask me how I know! If you fully give yourself to your goal, you will have to work very, very, very hard to reach it. However, once you do, life will be easier, life will be better. I promise you. I promise you will feel better. I promise you will look better. I promise you will walk taller. I promise you will smile more. I promise you will encourage others. I promise you will be a better witness. I promise you will look back and say: IT WAS WORTH IT! I know it is scary. I know it is exhausting. But more importantly, I know you can do it. Take the next step, commit your plan to yourself and to the Lord!
