Live A Limitless Life
Hey Girls,
It's Mel, and I will be your guest writer over the next few days. I am excited to share with you some of the things the Lord has been stirring in my heart. This month for book club we have been reading the book The Shack. I highly recommend it and while I don't agree with everything in the book, it has been very thought provoking and has made me take a good look at what I truly believe.
One of the things that 'God' says in the book is "Humans are not defined by their limitations, but by the intentions that I have for them; not by what they seem to be, but by everything it means to be created in my image." How often do we put limitations on ourselves, not attempting something because it is not "our thing" or we are not comfortable doing it. I love Ephesians 3:20 because it is not about us. It is about His power working in us. That's His part. Our part is to come into fellowship with Him.
Get to know Him, love Him, trust Him enough to allow Him to work in our lives. His way. The great thing is that He doesn't push us. He takes us right where we are and uses us. We don't have to have it all together for God to use us. He uses us to love on and encourage others just as He is loving on and encouraging us. My prayer is that you allow His power to work in you today. Don't see your limitations, see your limitless God.

Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams], according to his power that is at work within us.
