Good Morning Girls!  If I had to sum up yesterday in one word it would be....craptastic.  Don't know what craptastic means?  Basically it's fantastically crappy.  You know, one of those days where you wish you could go to your parents house, crawl into your old bed, pretend you were 10 again and have your mom take care of you.  Yeah, that kind of day.  Since that was not an option, I found myself taking the advice of a blue animated fish by the name of Dori.  You all remember the movie finding Nemo right?  Well, here is the advice of Dori, and she sings it, which makes it even better: "When life's got you down what do you do?  Just keep swimming.  Just keep swimming. Just keep swimming, swimming, swimming."  In other words, when life is craptastic, don't crawl into bed and hide from it.  Simply keep doing what you were designed to do.  For Dori, that was to swim.  For me it meant keep praising the Lord, taking care of my family, and standing firm in my faith that the Lord has it all worked out.  And guess what, it may not have been the best day ever, but it wasn't as bad as it would've been had I quit swimming.  If you quit swimming too long, you either get eaten up or you end up belly up. So Girls, next time life gets you down; just keep swimming, just keep swimming, just keep swimming, swimming, swimming. 

2 Timothy 3:14 But you must remain faithful to the things you have been taught.  You know they are true, for you know you can trust those who taught you.
