Day 11 Love Cherishes

Good Morning Girls!  Let me start by saying God is Good!  My mind and my heart are renewed and refreshed.  I no longer feel broken, lost and hopeless.  Thank you for praying for me, and for the kind e-mails.  I tell you, there is nothing like having an arsenal of beautiful godly prayer warriors to come fight the enemy when you are down!  I have this image of the devil laying on the floor with all your heel prints left on his face.  He is holding up a white flag and thinking "wow, did I mess with the wrong bunch of Girls".  I know that once he recoups he will return, but I will be ready.

After writing yesterday, my morning was filled with reminders from the Lord that I am doing the right thing, and I will be rewarded.  I won't get into detail about all of it, but one thing in particular is still giving me goosebumps.  I was sitting at the table, eating my breakfast when I felt the Lord say "The Testimony is Greater than the Test".  Say it out loud, even if you are at work......The Testimony is Greater than the Test!  How awesome is it to know that whatever pain we are experiencing during the test is nothing compared to the testimony we will be able to offer to those who are in the same place we once were.  I believe this statement applies to every test, if we just don't quit!

So Girls, you may have had to carry me for a while yesterday, but let me assure you, I AM BACK!  I am off defense and on the offense. The devil has had my marriage long enough.  I am taking it back!  Praise the Lord!

As for the stroganoff.....yuck!  I enjoyed buying the ingredients and preparing it.  But despite my desperate prayer to have it taste perfect, I thought it was disgusting!  I spit out the one bite I tasted.  I am blessed that Tom is not a picky eater, he thought it was great.  Oh, hey, I need to go add that to my positive list of attributes!

Thanks again for praying me through yesterday.  I wouldn't have made it without you!

Assignment:
What need does your spouse have that you could meet today?  Can you run an errand?  Give a back rub or foot massage? (oh, c'mon, give a girl a break....oops, no more commentary) Is there housework you could help with (refraining from comment here)  Choose a gesture that says, "I cherish you" and do it with a smile.

Questions:
What did you do in order to show that you cherish your mate?  What did you learn from this experience?

Mark 10:51 Answering him, Jesus said, "What do you want Me to do for you?"

Love you and am Blessed by you all-
Jen
