Good Morning Girls!  I am so excited this morning!  Just the other day I was telling a friend that I felt a little bummed out because it has been awhile since the Lord has brought me a word to really dig into.  I have felt like my writing has simply been me writing about me, and has not been worth much to you all.  Now I know that this is not true, as some of you have written to me encouraging me to keep on writing, and I thank you tremendously for that; but the truth is I feel better when I feel like I am writing with purpose.  Even yesterday I had plenty of down time to study, but I felt like I didn't know what to study, so I pretty much wasted my day, which is fine, as I could probably benefit from wasting a day or two rather than be "goal oriented" every single day.  Last night I went to bed thinking to myself "No direction again.....what will I write about tomorrow?".  There was a sadness to the feeling.....wondering if I were entering the summer slump a month or two early.......
Praise the Lord!  I woke up before my alarm went off and as I began my morning routine, the Lord dropped a word in my heart.  Awesome!  "That will be an easy one to write on this morning", I thought, as I have just finished a book that got me thinking all about this word and how it pertains to my life.  I figured I would head downstairs and whip out a blog in no time.  But then something happened.  As I started to look for a verse for the day I realized something.  There are 107 verses with this word in it, in the New Living Translation alone!  I started feeling like this was not a "one hit wonder" kind of a word.  This is a topic, requiring a few days to really sink in!  There are some different directions to go with this.  This could be gooooooooooooood!  (That's a drawn out good not God).
Trouble is, I do not have time to study it this morning as I would like to.  However, I was so excited I just had to let you know that I feel and believe in my heart, the Lord has some good stuff for us!  I have my 107 verses printed out.  I am going to start looking them up in my Bible, and I am hoping we can get started tomorrow.
