Lessons of INSANITY!

Good Morning Girls!  Remember a month ago when I told you that the Lord had brought me the workout plan I was to do for the next 60 days?  It's okay if you don't- I don't remember what I ate for dinner last night let alone what someone else said a month ago!  Anyway, the Lord brought me this workout plan.  At the time I believed it was purely to help me organize my day, my time, and my budget.  And those 3 reasons alone were enough to get me stirred up and excited.  However, I am sure many of you have experienced this truth: the Lord rarely reveals all of His reasons upfront.  Many times you put a plan from God into action and it becomes so much more than you ever expected.  At that is definitely the case with this.

I am doing the 13 dvd set called INSANITY.  Perhaps you have heard about it, or seen the infomercial.  Trust me when I say, it is one infomercial that does not exaggerate!  It delivers all that it says....and more.  It is so intense and properly named INSANE that my 21 year old fit nephew was lying on the floor in a puddle of his own sweat after doing one workout with me saying "auntie....I give you props for that....that is.....INSANE!"

I am nearing the end of week four now.  Along the way I have learned many things about myself.  More importantly the Lord has made his Word come alive to me during these workouts.  Biblical truths are shown in real life examples while I am doing something I love....well loathe it before I do it.....and love it each day after I survive it.

Over the next few days I am going to share some of these "Lessons of INSANITY" with you.  I pray they get you as stirred up as they have me.  Just think, you get this revelation and wisdom without having to walk around with a sore butt every single day for the last 4 weeks!  Doesn't seem fair you know.......

Today's lesson is simply this:  When the Lord tells you to do something, even if it doesn't make sense in the beginning, trust that He has a reason for it.  Reasons far bigger than what you may initially think!

Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart; and do not depend on your own understanding

Love, thanks, and a butt pain free day to you all,
Jen
